Job Description

Proud to Serve. Proud to keep justice going. As a Bailiff you will play a vital role on the front line, dealing with people at challenging points of their lives. You will visit people in their homes and businesses, calmly explaining our role and exploring options for resolution.

Your Role

You should have excellent customer service skills, a preference for work away from an office and the ability to lead confidently in emotionally charged situations. Planning and workload management are important; adaptability is essential.

Training & Support

You will receive full bailiff training, court case management systems training, mentoring, PPE, safety training, and a allowances package including a £2,000 per annum role‑specific allowance.

Driving and Car Use

A UK driving licence is required with an own car at offer. After probation you may use a lease car. Fuel allowances are paid.

Further Information

The role offers flexible part‑time options; minimum 30 hours per week over 5 days if applicable. Working arrangements can include hybrid (60% office).
