This is a junior level position with the requirement to already have skills and qualities in leadership, coaching & developing the team, as well as store operational and commercial experience. There is potential to grow into a senior role depending on your performance.

As a Department Manager (DM) at H&M Home, you have the important role to create an excellent shopping experience daily. Your responsibility is to plan and organize the store\’s daily operations, together with the Store Manager and team. Divided into five parts: Customers, Colleagues, Inspiring Presentation, Planning, and Procedures & Routines, you are an ambassador for the brand, striving to exceed customer expectations and drive sales on the floor.
