About the Computational Sciences Division

This is one of Hlx's fastest growing and highest billing teams, focusing on AI and Machine Learning in drug discovery- a high demand, high value market. You’ll work on senior hires, long-term team builds, and partnerships with cutting-edge TechBio companies, from stealth start-ups to industry leaders.

We’re looking for people who are:

The Role

As a consultant, you will:

  • Drive business development and attend client meetings across the UK, EU & US
  • Partner with biotech and pharma companies to meet hiring needs
  • Place candidates into top ML/AI drug discovery teams
  • Build and grow client relationships
  • Identify and engage top talent in computational biology, AI/ML, and life sciences
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters on high-value assignments

What we’re looking for:

  • 6–12 months+ sales or recruitment experience (preferred, not essential)
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilient, proactive mindset with a fast-learning attitude
  • Interest in technology, AI, and drug discovery
