You’ll work on senior hires, long-term team builds, and partnerships with cutting-edge TechBio companies, from stealth start-ups to industry leaders.
- People-focused and excellent at networking
- Identify and engage top talent in computational biology, AI/ML, and life sciences
- 6–12 months+ sales or recruitment experience (preferred, not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
