About the Computational Sciences Division: This is one of Hlx's fastest growing and highest billing teams, focusing on AI and Machine Learning in drug discovery - a high demand, high value market. You’ll work on senior hires, long-term team builds, and partnerships with cutting-edge TechBio companies, from stealth start-ups to industry leaders.
We’re looking for people who are:

The Role: As a consultant, you will:
- Drive business development and attend client meetings across the UK, EU & US
- Partner with biotech and pharma companies to meet hiring needs
- Place candidates into top ML/AI drug discovery teams
- Build and grow client relationships
- Identify and engage top talent in computational biology, AI/ML, and life sciences
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on high-value assignments
What we’re looking for:
- 6–12 months+ sales or recruitment experience (preferred, not essential)
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, proactive mindset with a fast-learning attitude
- Interest in technology, AI, and drug discovery
