The company is seeking a highly organised and execution-focused Project Manager to coordinate delivery and reporting activities for a large Horizon Europe-funded oncology programme involving multiple international consortium partners and clinical sites across Europe and North America. This role will play a central part in programme governance, consortium coordination, dissemination activities, reporting compliance, and stakeholder management across a complex cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the central coordination point across consortium partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, reporting, and governance activities.
- Maintain and track overall project plans, milestones, risks, and critical path activities.
- Lead preparation and submission of periodic and final grant reports in line with EU funding requirements.
- Coordinate activities across clinical, translational, operational, and regulatory workstreams.
- Organise and chair consortium meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up actions.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance with grant regulations.
- Liaise directly with funding authorities and external stakeholders as required.
- Lead execution of the programme dissemination and communication strategy.
- Coordinate external communications, publications, conference activities, and stakeholder engagement.
