About the Company
We’re hiring a Senior / Principal Data Scientist with deep expertise in single cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics to drive high-impact work across disease areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end single cell & spatial analyses (QC → clustering → DE → integration).
- Work closely with biology, clinical, and ML teams.
- Own analysis pipelines and project delivery.
- Mentor juniors and help steer scientific direction.
- Present and defend insights to key stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in single cell RNA-seq (core focus, not side project).
- Experience with spatial transcriptomics (e.g. Visium, Xenium, 10x).
- Solid coding in Python (R acceptable, Python preferred).
- Proven ownership of analysis workflows/projects.
Ideal Background
- Computational biologist / DS from biotech, pharma, or academia.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environments.
- Confident communicator who can push back and influence decisions.
