Our team is growing, and we’re hiring a Systems & Performance Consultant. Since our launch in January 2024, we’ve scaled quickly to 40 people globally, with offices across London, Switzerland and Boston, and have just come off the back of our strongest quarter to date of £4.4M in Q1 2026.
We’ve built our Accelerator Programme around how quickly people become productive. This role is focused on delivering that day to day, combining structured training with hands-on coaching to drive real performance across the business.
This role blends structured training with hands-on coaching to drive real performance. You’ll work closely with new starters and the wider team to ensure systems, processes and ways of working are applied consistently on the desk.
Key Responsibilities- Drive speed to first 360 through structured training and coaching
- Ensure systems and processes are consistently applied across the desk
- Support new starters to ramp quickly and build momentum early
- Translate training into real output and performance
- Work closely with managers to support individual development and performance gaps
- Reinforce daily activity, structure and pipeline management
- 2–3 years recruitment experience (360 or sales experience)
- Strong understanding of a clean, well-managed pipeline
- Ability to coach consistent activity and pipelines that convert
- Some experience supporting, mentoring or coaching others (formally or informally)
- Ability to turn “how I do it” into repeatable, structured process
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- New starters ramp quickly and build momentum early
- Consistent use of systems and processes across the team
- Clear visibility on activity, pipeline and performance
- Training translates into measurable performance on the desk
- Individuals are supported to improve and stay on track
