The Role: We're looking for a Growth Generalist to join our Growth Team as an Executive Assistant and office operations lead. This is a hybrid EA role combining high-impact support for senior leadership with hands-on office management.
What you'll do:
- Be the right hand to senior leaders: diary management, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, travel, and strategic support.
- Own day-to-day office management responsibilities as the team grows.
- Act as a connective hub between teams, embodying the collaborative culture.
- Support the Growth Team with administrative duties.
- Bring operational excellence to a rapidly scaling organisation.
What we're looking for:
- 4–7 years of experience combining EA work with office/reception or operations background.
- Practical, down-to-earth approach; you're happy rolling up your sleeves on admin tasks.
- Core EA skills: calendar management, travel coordination, diary organisation, stakeholder management.
