The company is seeking a highly organised and execution-focused Project Manager to coordinate delivery and reporting activities for a large Horizon Europe-funded oncology programme involving multiple international consortium partners and clinical sites across Europe and North America. This role will play a central part in programme governance, consortium coordination, dissemination activities, reporting compliance, and stakeholder management across a complex cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the central coordination point across consortium partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, reporting, and governance activities.
- Maintain and track overall project plans, milestones, risks, and critical path activities.
- Lead preparation and submission of periodic and final grant reports in line with EU funding requirements.
- Coordinate activities across clinical, translational, operational, and regulatory workstreams.
- Organise and chair consortium meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up actions.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance with grant regulations.
- Liaise directly with funding authorities and external stakeholders as required.
- Lead execution of the programme dissemination and communication strategy.
- Coordinate external communications, publications, conference activities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with open-access and visibility requirements linked to EU-funded programmes.
- Oversee project website content, digital communications, and dissemination materials.
- Track dissemination metrics, KPIs, and engagement activities across consortium partners.
- Build strong working relationships across clinical sites, academic collaborators, CROs, and external vendors.
- Ensure clarity of responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables across the consortium.
- Support resolution of operational bottlenecks and cross-functional dependencies.
- Facilitate communication across international teams and disciplines.
- Support high-level budget tracking and financial reporting activities.
- Monitor partner spend against grant allocations.
- Assist with financial justifications and reporting requirements.
- Ensure operational delivery remains aligned with programme budgets and timelines.
- Provide project management support across additional clinical and preclinical development programmes where required.
- Support coordination of sponsor-led and investigator-led studies.
- Assist with portfolio-level milestone tracking, governance, and risk management.

- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects within biotech, life sciences, or clinical research.
- Experience working on EU-funded programmes.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and/or translational research workflows.
- Experience with grant reporting, compliance, and international consortium coordination.
- Ability to work effectively across scientific, operational, and administrative functions.
- Direct experience leading dissemination or communication work packages for EU-funded projects.
- Familiarity with open science initiatives and scientific communication strategies.
- Experience working with CROs, biomarker laboratories, or international clinical sites.
