I’m currently partnering with an innovative medical technology company developing cutting-edge software solutions that are transforming surgical care and patient outcomes. We’re looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer to take ownership of software quality processes within a highly skilled engineering environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building scalable quality frameworks, driving automation, and working on genuinely impactful technology.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading IEC 62304-compliant software quality practices
  • Expanding CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
  • Driving integration and system-level test automation
  • Managing software anomalies, CAPA activities, and traceability
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, QA, and project teams
  • Improving release processes, tooling, dashboards, and reporting

What we’re looking for:

  • 5–8 years’ experience in software quality engineering within regulated medical devices
  • Strong knowledge of IEC 62304 and ISO 13485
  • Python automation experience
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling and automated testing
  • Ability to work with C++ codebases from a testing and architecture perspective
  • Experience managing software anomalies and compliance documentation

Desirable experience includes:

  • FDA / EU MDR knowledge
  • ISO 14971 familiarity
  • Image processing or scientific software testing
  • Quality dashboards and reporting tools
