Our Hlx Life Sciences team is growing, and I’m hiring for a Graphics Designer. Since our launch in January 2024, we’ve grown to a team of 40 globally, with offices across London, Basel and Boston. We’ve just come off the back of our strongest quarter to date, generating £4.4M in Q1.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing high-quality LinkedIn graphics (carousels, hiring posts, insights)
- Editing short-form video content (consultant clips, event highlights)
- Supporting LinkedIn content across company + personal brands
- Capturing and creating content at events (before, during, after)
- Designing clean, client-facing sales decks and presentations
- Managing Website/Design
What we’re looking for:
- Strong graphic design skills (portfolio essential)
- Video editing experience (short-form, captions, pacing)
- Understands what works on LinkedIn
- Confident capturing content (filming, working with people)
- Able to work at pace and produce content consistently
- Proactive — brings ideas, not just waits for briefs
