We are supporting a fast-growing, incredibly well-funded, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company in the search for an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO. The Role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the CEO and wider UK team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling leadership to operate effectively. You will act as a trusted partner, managing priorities, coordinating logistics, and supporting key business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex calendar management and meeting coordination
- Arranging international travel, accommodation, and logistics
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate reporting
- Organising Board meetings and leadership offsites
- Supporting company-wide events and internal coordination
- Assisting with office setup and ongoing administrative needs
- Providing ad hoc support to the UK team as required
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience within the biotechnology or broader life sciences industry
