Since our launch in January 2024, with just 4 people, we've grown to a team of 45+ globally, with offices across London, Basel and Boston. We've just come off the back of our strongest quarter to date, generating £4M+ in Q2 alone.
We're looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Contract Manager to join our London team.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a desk within a fast-growing, well-funded business, with direct access to some of the most exciting biotech and life science companies globally.
The role:
- Full 360 recruitment across contract placements within the life sciences market
- Building and owning your own desk, from business development through to placement
- Partnering with biotech, pharma, CRO, TechBio or CDMO clients
- Working closely with leadership to help shape and grow the UK/EU desk.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within life sciences
- Experience working the UK/EU market
- A track record of billing and hitting targets consistently
- Self-motivated, with the drive to build and grow a desk
