About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Program Director to lead strategic and operational delivery across global Phase 2 and early-phase clinical programs in respiratory disease.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end clinical strategy and execution for global Phase 2 studies
- Drive clinical development planning, study sequencing, and delivery accountability
- Oversee CRO strategy, governance, and vendor performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Medical, Regulatory, and external stakeholders
- Support protocol development and program-level decision-making
- Contribute to advancement of programs in NCFB, CF, COPD, and viral challenge studies
Experience
- Proven ownership of Phase 2/3 global clinical studies from protocol through DBL
- Experience in small biotech and lean clinical development environments
- Strong CRO/vendor management expertise
- Background in respiratory or inflammatory diseases preferred
- Prior experience in both biotech/Pharma and CRO settings highly valued
