We’re now a team of 40 across London, Basel and Boston, and on track to hit £10m NFI in our third year of operating. The plan is to scale to 60 people by year end. To do that, we need someone who can build and own a best-in-class TA function, not just delivery, but strategy, brand, and consistent pipeline.
We’re looking for someone who can attract both:
- Experienced recruiters
- High-potential, non-experienced hires
But one thing is non-negotiable, everyone we hire needs some level of sales ability or commercial instinct. This role is for a doer. Someone who can operate hands-on, build from scratch, and create structure as we scale and work from our London HQ 5 days per week.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and executing our hiring strategy
- Building a strong employer brand
- Creating repeatable, high-performance hiring processes
- Partnering closely with leadership as we scale globally
