Our Hlx Life Sciences team is growing, and I’m hiring for a Graphics Designer. Since our launch in January 2024, we’ve grown to a team of 40 globally, with offices across London, Basel and Boston. We’ve just come off the back of our strongest quarter to date, generating £4.4M in Q1.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing high-quality LinkedIn graphics (carousels, hiring posts, insights)
  • Editing short-form video content (consultant clips, event highlights)
  • Supporting LinkedIn content across company + personal brands
  • Capturing and creating content at events (before, during, after)
  • Designing clean, client-facing sales decks and presentations
  • Managing Website/Design

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong graphic design skills (portfolio essential)
  • Video editing experience (short-form, captions, pacing)
  • Understands what works on LinkedIn
  • Confident capturing content (filming, working with people)
  • Able to work at pace and produce content consistently
  • Proactive — brings ideas, not just waits for briefs
