To do that, we need someone who can build and own a best-in-class TA function, not just delivery, but strategy, brand, and consistent pipeline. One thing is non-negotiable, everyone we hire needs some level of sales ability or commercial instinct.

We are looking for someone who can operate hands-on, build from scratch, and create structure as we scale and work from our London HQ 5 days per week.
