About the Company

Since our launch in January 2024, we’ve grown to a team of 40 globally, with offices across London, Switzerland and Boston. We’ve just come off the back of our strongest quarter to date, generating £4.4M in Q1. We’re also hiring another 20 people this year, so this role will directly impact how quickly new starters get up to speed and perform.

About the Role

We’ve built our Accelerator Training Programme around this, and I’m now looking for someone to join the team and help drive it day to day. This role blends structured training with hands-on coaching to drive real performance.

Responsibilities

  • Driving speed to first 360 through training and coaching
  • Embedding systems and processes into day-to-day activity on the desk
  • Supporting new starters to ramp quickly, helping build confidence and overcome blockers early on
  • Turning training into real output and performance
  • Maintaining CRM accuracy, reporting visibility and operational consistency across teams

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years recruitment experience (360 or BD-heavy) or working in a fast-paced Sales environment

Required Skills

  • Strong CRM and process discipline
  • Naturally organised and proactive
  • Enjoys helping people improve and develop
  • Experience mentoring juniors, onboarding new starters or supporting training informally
  • Commercially minded, while still being patient and supportive when coaching others
  • Understands what good looks like in activity, pipeline and performance
