Hlx Life Sciences is a global life sciences recruitment company, founded over two years ago with a mission to address the global shortage of skilled talent in the sector. With over 100 years of combined life science recruitment experience and an advisory board of scientific industry experts, we partner with clients across Pharma, CROs, TechBio, and CDMOs, among others.
Since our launch in January 2024, we've grown to a team of 40+ globally, with offices across London, Basel and Boston. We've just come off the back of our strongest quarter to date, generating approximately £4M+ in Q2 alone. We're also hiring another 20 people this year, so this role will directly impact how quickly new starters get up to speed and perform.
We've built our DNA Training Programme around this, and we're now looking for someone to join the team and help drive it day to day. This role blends structured training with hands-on coaching to drive real performance.
The role:
- Supporting billers to secure their first placement during their onboarding period through training and coaching
- Embedding systems and processes into day-to-day activity on the desk
- Supporting new starters to ramp quickly
- Turning training into real output and performance
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years' recruitment experience (360), looking to transition into an L&D-focused career
- Understands what good looks like in activity and pipeline
- Able to show others how to work in a way that gets strong results
- Some experience training, mentoring or coaching others (formally or informally)
