We are supporting a fast-growing, incredibly well-funded, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company in the search for an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO. The Role

As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the CEO and wider UK team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling leadership to operate effectively. You will act as a trusted partner, managing priorities, coordinating logistics, and supporting key business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Arranging international travel, accommodation, and logistics
  • Processing expenses and maintaining accurate reporting
  • Organising Board meetings and leadership offsites
  • Supporting company-wide events and internal coordination
  • Assisting with office setup and ongoing administrative needs
  • Providing ad hoc support to the UK team as required

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
