About the role:
You’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our Life Sciences business. This is a chance to work at the heart of an industry that is constantly evolving - from breakthrough therapies to next-generation biotech start-ups. You’ll work on senior hires, long-term team builds, and relationships with some of the most exciting companies in the sector, while developing a deep understanding of the science and business shaping the industry.

The Role
As a consultant, you will:
- Drive new business development and attend client meetings across the UK, Europe, and US
- Partner with biotech, pharma, and healthcare companies to understand their hiring needs
- Place world-class candidates into high-impact teams across Life Sciences
- Build and grow relationships with clients and candidates to expand Hlx's network
- Work alongside senior recruiters on high-value assignments and market-leading projects
