Role Overview
The Applications Scientist will play a pivotal role in research and development, supporting the growth and diversification of the company’s library of surface coating chemistries. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical, lab-based research supporting current and emerging R&D programs.
- Contribute to extending the core chemistry platform and associated IP.
- Perform testing and analytical work across diverse materials and substrates (e.g., membrane purification, chromatography, surface-modified separation media).
- Evaluate technical results and propose further surface treatment developments.
- Undertake literature and market research to guide R&D directions.
