We are seeking a Computational Biologist to support antibody discovery and structural programmes within a cutting-edge TechBio environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse antibody sequence, repertoire, and structural data.
  • Evaluate computationally designed antibody candidates.
  • Support protein engineering and affinity optimisation efforts.
  • Collaborate with machine learning, computational, and experimental scientists.

Requirements

  • PhD (or equivalent experience) in Computational Biology, Structural Bioinformatics, Computational Structural Biology, or a related field.
  • Experience with antibody discovery, structural modelling, and protein engineering.
  • Understanding of biologics or drug discovery.
  • Machine learning or generative AI for protein/antibody design.
  • Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience.
