Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI and scientific leaders to develop comprehensive project plans, aligning with strategic goals and vision.
• Lead AI projects from start to finish, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful, timely delivery while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure transparency across the program by effectively communicating progress, performance metrics, and updates to both team members and senior leadership.
• Define project requirements, including staffing, compute, and budgets, ensuring smooth operationalization.
• Develop proposals for leadership approval and drive their execution to align with business priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, with a proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-year projects on time and within budget.
• Strong background in AI research, development, and deployment, with hands-on experience in managing large-scale AI programs in healthcare or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, trends, infrastructure, data, model development, and a firm understanding of ethical and responsible AI considerations.
