HLTH Inc. is a full-fledged community delivering unique value to healthcare industry participants through events, inspirational content, and impact-driven initiatives. The London team is working to bring HLTH to Europe, with inaugural events in 2024. This role is based in the UK, with a minimum of three days a week in our London office and some international travel.
We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to join the HLTH team in London, focused on landing and growing major accounts for HLTH Europe. You’ll be a natural relationship builder with a hunter mindset—secure upsells, cross-sells, and new business. You’ll navigate senior-level negotiations, build strategic business cases, map accounts, and develop compelling propositions aligned with client objectives. This is a high-impact, fast-paced, client-facing role that requires a relationship-led, consultative approach. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of the European healthcare ecosystem.
Primary responsibilities
- Build and grow a book of primarily European key accounts across health tech, pharma, consulting and beyond.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including sourcing leads and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Strengthen existing sponsor relationships and increase account value through upselling and cross-selling.
- Communicate persuasively with C-suite executives across prospects and clients.
- Understand client needs and pain points to co-create tailored commercial solutions.
- Develop deep knowledge of HLTH’s offerings, competitive landscape, and client ecosystem to drive credibility and growth.
- Act as an internal advocate for clients, collaborating with marketing, content, logistics, and leadership teams.
- Provide accurate forecasting and maintain CRM records and reporting for all accounts.
- Champion the customer experience from first interaction to on-site event delivery.
- Consistently exceed revenue, growth, and client acquisition targets.
Qualifications
- Proven top performer in B2B sales with a strong track record in event sponsorship, digital media, insights, or SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong solution-selling and strategic planning capabilities, including financial analysis.
- Highly client-focused with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in account mapping and developing new business within existing relationships.
- Experienced in CRM use and pipeline forecasting.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and accounts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong commercial instinct and ability to prioritise high-value opportunities.
- Effective at building influential relationships internally and externally.
