Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manchester for a CQC Compliance Professional. The CQC Compliance Professional will be responsible for ensuring healthcare providers comply with CQC regulations, conducting audits, preparing compliance reports, and providing training on regulatory standards. Daily tasks include reviewing and updating compliance documentation, advising on best practices, and assisting with the implementation of compliance software. The role also involves liaising with regulatory bodies and staying updated on regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CQC regulations, Health & Safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience in conducting audits, preparing compliance reports, and compliance documentation
- Strong communication and training skills
- Proficiency in compliance software and digital tools
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor\\\’s degree in a related field is beneficial
