We are seeking a Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of residential developments, managing multiple projects simultaneously. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial delivery across 2 residential projects
  • Manage subcontractor packages and procurement
  • Cost reporting, forecasting, and financial control
