Project Quantity Surveyor New-Build Residential Main project:, North London Additional location: E1 Sector: New-build residential Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience The opportunity An established London contractor is looking for a commercially sharp Project Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for a new-build apartment scheme in North London This is a genuine project role with responsibility, pace and visibility. You will be based North London, spending one day per week supporting another scheme in E1 The business delivers high-quality construction projects for exacting private clients and operates with a hardworking, delivery-focused culture. They need someone resilient, energetic and accountable someone who takes ownership, solves problems and gets the commercial work done properly. This is not a role for somebody who needs constant supervision or avoids difficult conversations. You must be comfortable working at pace, challenging costs, managing subcontractors and protecting the commercial position of the project.
