The Role You will take responsibility for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages, working closely with the wider project delivery and commercial teams. Key responsibilities include: Commercial management of MEP packages from procurement through to final account. Administration of NEC contracts and management of contractual obligations. Subcontractor procurement, valuations and payments. Cost reporting, forecasting and financial management. Management of variations, change control and commercial risk. Working collaboratively with operational and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
