I’m currently supporting a team working with Tier 1 contractors, and we’re looking for either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join on a flexible, long-term basis. This is ideal for someone looking to develop, gain exposure, and work with a strong commercial team.
Location: Near Enfield (1 day per week in the office). The rest of the week is remote working.
The Role:
- Supporting commercial teams across Tier 1 construction projects
- Assisting with cost management, valuations, and contract administration
- Gaining hands-on experience within a structured environment
Experience Required:
- Exposure to JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Previous experience in a QS or Assistant QS role
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
