HLN Group in Cardiff is seeking an experienced architectural technician/architect to act as account manager for a long-established client within a regional framework. You will oversee a small team, liaise with the client, contractors and consultants, and drive quality designs and technical information from planning through construction.
The role requires good knowledge of Building Regulations and the Planning System, with AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus though not essential.
