The predicted salary is between 28000 - 35000 £ per year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Year Out or Junior Architectural Technologist who has a strong desire to develop their career within our friendly and dynamic team in our established Sheffield studio. You will have good technical skills and be able to work as part of a team efficiently. You should be able to clearly communicate design solutions to the internal team and wider design team. A working knowledge of Revit is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as an Architectural Technologist on UK and international projects, carrying out work on all stages of the architectural process from small scale to large scale international projects.
  • Develop detailed works packages, either individually or as part of a larger team.
  • Liaise with other members of the design team and clients; produce high quality material.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • A sound working knowledge of UK Planning, Building Regulations & CDM regulations (minimum requirement).
  • Ability to work with and communicate design solutions clearly to the internal team and wider design team.
  • Working knowledge of Revit is essential.
