We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience with a Diploma or higher in Architectural Technology, who has a strong desire to develop their careers within our friendly and dynamic team in our Plymouth studio. You will have good technical skills and a working knowledge of Revit within a BIM Level 2 environment. Experience of using Navisworks and/or Solibri would be an advantage. You should be able to work as part of a team efficiently, clearly communicate design solutions to the internal and wider design team.
Working as an Architectural Technologist on UK and international projects you will be required to carry out work on all stages of the architectural process from small scale to large scale international architectural projects. You will be responsible for the development of detailed works packages working either individually or as part of a larger team as required. A sound working knowledge of UK Planning, Building Regulations & CDM regulations is considered a minimum requirement. You should be comfortable with liaising with other members of the design team and clients and must be capable of producing high quality material. Experience in either Healthcare, Education and Defence sector is also desirable.
