We are seeking an Architect to join our team based in Sheffield, London or Cardiff and work within our Education Sector. We are a UK & Ireland practice with strong connections across all of our studios in London, Sheffield, Cardiff, Glasgow, Plymouth, Belfast and Dublin. We work collaboratively as one team structured by sector, sharing resources, knowledge and skills.
You will exhibit the following skills / experience:
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
- Experience of working in the Education sector, specifically schools and SEN experience would be an advantage
- Be able to demonstrate that you have acted as a Lead Designer
- Proven work winning capability and understanding of procurement process in the UK
- Can demonstrate experience of working across all RIBA stages
- Strong design ability
- Good communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
- Understanding of BIM processes
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team at all stages of the architectural process
- Confident in Revit would be an advantage
- A sound understanding of building regulations and construction technologies
- Necessary professional Health & Safety qualification.
