We are seeking a BIM Manager to join our growing Digital Delivery team.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in architecture, construction, engineering, or another related built-environment discipline who have strong BIM expertise and an interest in digital construction technologies and practices.

This role is to be based in our Dublin or Belfast Studios, with primary support to our growing team in Ireland.

Occasional travel to other offices, client sites, and industry events may be required.

  • You will work closely with the Corporate BIM Manager and Technology Director to:
  • Develop, maintain, and implement company BIM templates, standards, and procedures.
  • Support the strategic direction and continuous development of BIM across the business.
  • Implement and optimise software solutions that support BIM delivery, including Autodesk Forma for design collaboration and model coordination.
  • Support the effective use of Revit across the organisation.
  • Provide guidance on other CAD and BIM applications, including Graphisoft Archi CAD.
  • Prepare, review, and support BIM Execution Plans, ensuring alignment with Employer's Information Requirements and relevant industry standards.
  • Deliver training, guidance, and ongoing support for Revit and related technologies.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops and learning sessions to promote best practice and knowledge sharing.

In this role, you will also

  • Support colleagues in resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues.
  • Promote understanding and adoption of BIM and digital construction practices across the organisation, including business development, bidding, design, and project delivery teams.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging BIM technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
  • Help develop and implement quality assurance processes for project workflows.
  • Build relationships with industry organisations and professional networks to support innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to define BIM requirements, standards, and execution plans.
  • Work with clients, consultants, and supply-chain partners to understand project needs and improve collaboration and workflow efficiency.
  • Provide advice and guidance on BIM best practice and project delivery strategies.
  • Monitor and support quality standards in internal and external collaborative workflows.
  • Work with external consultants to develop BIM-related tools, systems, and processes.
  • Champion sustainability and support the integration of sustainable design principles across projects and studio activities.

Essential

  • Strong experience using Revit in a collaborative environment.
  • Good understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and best practice.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good understanding of digital delivery, IT systems, and project workflows within the built environment.

Desirable

  • Experience with software such as Archi CAD, Solibri, Navisworks, NBS Chorus, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of COBie, Uniclass 2015, and ISO 19650 standards, including the Irish National Annex
  • Familiarity with the CIC BIM Protocol.
  • Understanding of visualisation technologies and their role within BIM workflows.
  • Experience of Design for Manufacture and Assembly (Df MA) and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).

Qualifications

  • A recognised BIM-related qualification is desirable but not essential (for example, NSAI, BRE or BSI accreditation).
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
