HLM Landscape team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Chartered Landscape Architect (ILI or CMLI) to take on the role of a Project Leader, working across Ireland, either based in our Dublin or Belfast studio. You would be joining our growing landscape team, with studios in the UK and Ireland. We have a strong studio culture and an inspiring team who collaborate with our Architects, Masterplanners and Interior Designers as an integrated and inclusive approach to design. We have a diverse portfolio of work across our sectors, which vary in scale and complexity.
We are looking for talented individuals who are creative, can lead projects and people, and work as part of a team. You must be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual, with a passion for design and client satisfaction.

Key Role & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Leader, working across several projects and in multi-disciplinary team environments
- Degree or masters training in the discipline of Landscape Architecture
- Chartered member of the Irish Landscape Institute or the UK Landscape Institute with a minimum of 8 years Chartership experience
- Ability to mentor and support other members of the team through project development and Chartership
- Experience with Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013
- Knowledge of the Irish Planning System is an advantage
- Working in ROI on Department of Education projects would be an advantage
Experience & Skills
- Excellent design skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD - Revit would be an advantage
- Proficient in Adobe Suite - InDesign and Photoshop (Illustrator an advantage)
- Proven specification writing capability using NBS software
- Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Experience across all work stages from concept to construction to site delivery
- At least one project €20 million
The following skills would be desirable although not essential:
- Experience of CS Artisan RV Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA)
- Arc GIS
