We are looking for a highly organised Facilities and Workplace professional to play a central role in how workplace services operate, perform and evolve for our professional services client based in the City. You will own moves, churn and space utilisation and bring together facilities data, insight and operational coordination to support effective decision-making and deliver consistent, efficient workplace services across the department. What you’ll be doing * Plan and coordinate workplace moves, churn activity, space changes and related projects. * Own Facilities Management scorecards, reporting cycles and leadership MI. * Consolidate, validate and analyse data from ServiceNow, utilisation tools, supplier reports and other sources. * Interpret reporting outputs, identify trends, risks and exceptions, and provide clear commentary and recommended actions. * Coordinate communications, governance forums, incident reporting, risk updates and business continuity activity. * Maintain policies, procedures, document control and audit-ready records, tracking actions through to completion. * Support the Head of Workplace with presentations, governance packs, meetings and team planning. What you’ll bring * Experience owning or coordinating workplace moves, churn activity or space changes. * Experience producing facilities MI reports, scorecards or operational performance updates. * Confidence interpreting dashboards and reporting outputs and translating findings into clear actions. * Experience using CAFM, IWMS, helpdesk or service management systems such as ServiceNow or an equivalent platform. * Strong organisation, attention to detail, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience maintaining governance records, action logs, process documentation or audit-ready information. Desirable experience * Exposure to Power BI or a similar reporting tool as a business user. * Knowledge of desk-booking, space-utilisation or other workplace systems. * Experience supporting system enhancements, process improvement, compliance or incident reporting.
