HLabs is an independent digital agency specialising in interactive storytelling, web design and no-code technology for enterprise publishers and brands. Founded in 2020, we've grown to a team of 30+ across ten countries, with long-term client relationships built on trust, speed and creative ambition.

This isn't an execution role. We need someone who can read a brief, find the story inside it, and direct a talented team to deliver something exceptional, and fast. You'll partner directly with our CEO, own the creative vision across design, editorial, animation and interactive, and help shape the next generation of HLabs.

What you'll own:

  • Creative direction and client strategy: from brief to delivery
  • Line management and development of the design team
  • New business pitches and client presentations
  • HLabs' external creative identity: events, website, awards
  • AI integration across the creative team

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

  • Have proven CD experience in a digital or creative agency
  • Lead through empathy and hold high standards without hardness
  • Bring proposals, not problems
  • Know your way around Figma, Adobe Suite, and no-code platforms like Webflow, Ceros and Framer
  • Thrive when the brief evolves and the deadline is tight
