We are looking for an experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee operations across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will ensure high standards of service delivery while supporting and developing your team.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance (essential)

- Full UK Driving Licence

- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead by example
