Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain lawns, hedges, and gardens to a high standard
  • Assist with landscaping projects, paving, fencing, and general maintenance
  • Support commercial and residential sites with seasonal upkeep
  • Operate equipment such as strimmers, lawnmowers, blowers, and hedgecutters
  • Follow all health and safety procedures
  • Ensure quality and attention to detail across all tasks
  • Start at 7:30 AM and work approximately 8.5 hours per day, 5 days a week (42.5 hours weekly), schedule may vary depending on weather and tasks
  • Travel to yard location in Balfron when required

Requirements:

  • Experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, or landscaping
  • Full UK driving licence held for more than 1 year, ideally with fewer than 6 points
  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to start work at 7:30 AM
  • Ability to travel to Balfron yard when needed
