Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns, hedges, and gardens to a high standard
- Assist with landscaping projects, paving, fencing, and general maintenance
- Support commercial and residential sites with seasonal upkeep
- Operate equipment such as strimmers, lawnmowers, blowers, and hedgecutters
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Ensure quality and attention to detail across all tasks
- Start at 7:30 AM and work approximately 8.5 hours per day, 5 days a week (42.5 hours weekly), schedule may vary depending on weather and tasks
- Travel to yard location in Balfron when required
Requirements:
- Experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, or landscaping
- Full UK driving licence held for more than 1 year, ideally with fewer than 6 points
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to start work at 7:30 AM
- Ability to travel to Balfron yard when needed
