We are seeking dynamic individuals to maintain, organize, and motivate various sites across L.B. Havering, L.B. Redbridge, Hertsmere BC, and surrounding counties. Your role will be crucial in ensuring grounds maintenance services are delivered to a high standard that meets customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Chemical Weed Spraying
- Conduct Weed Control tasks
- Engage in Litter Picking
- Carry out Vegetation Cutting
- Execute General horticultural duties
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in grounds maintenance
- Possession of a Full UK driving license
- Self-motivated with a strong teamwork ethic
- Proficient in using power tools as required
- Certificates in spraying (PA1 PA6), Horticulture, and Ride-on Mowers preferred
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance services and operating horticultural equipment
- Thorough understanding of Health & Safety protocols
- Proven track record of achieving business objectives
- Experience implementing quality standards and meeting customer specifications
