We are a leading landscaping firm specialising in high-end outdoor spaces across London. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, delivering everything from bespoke contemporary stone work to intricate timber structures.

We are currently looking for a skilled, hardworking, and detail-oriented Hard Landscaper to join our team and help deliver our growing portfolio of prestigious garden builds.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for a specialist in garden construction. You will be responsible for the "built" elements of our projects, ensuring every slab, wall, and joint is finished to an award-winning standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paving & Tiling: Expert installation of natural stone, porcelain, and concrete paving.
  • Brickwork & Walling: Constructing retaining walls, decorative brickwork, and rendering.
  • Timber Work: Building high-quality fencing, decking, pergolas, and bespoke structures.
  • Groundworks: Accurate site preparation, setting levels, drainage, and sub-base installation.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the Site Supervisor and designers to follow technical drawings and specifications.
  • Site Care: Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Proven Trade Experience: Strong background specifically in hard landscaping (ideally 3+ years).
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident using a range of power tools (cut-off saws, mixers, levels) and machinery.
  • Quality Focus: An "eye for detail" and a commitment to high-end finishes.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Aged 25+ preferred for insurance purposes).
  • CSCS Card: Highly desirable.
  • Attitude: A reliable, "can-do" approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew.
