About the Company: Our client is a leading name in the landscaping industry, with expertise across both hard and soft landscaping. As part of their continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Skilled Hard Landscaper to join their expanding team.
Role Responsibilities: As a Skilled Hard Landscaper, you will be expected to take initiative and coordinate resources effectively to deliver high-standard projects. Key duties include:
- Setting levels and site excavation
- Groundwork preparation and base/foundation construction
- Laying paving slabs, block paving, and stone setts
- Building walls using brick, dry stone, stone-facing, tier walling, and steps
- Constructing, lining, and dressing water features
Key Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong track record in all aspects of hard landscaping
- A proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry
- Confidence using power tools such as 360° excavators, dumpers, rotovators, grinders, disc cutters, and circular saws
- A valid CSCS card (preferred)
- Experience operating a range of machinery
- Excellent knowledge and application of Health and Safety regulations
