Caretaker Driver

Are you an enthusiastic and reliable caretaker driver local to East London seeking an hourly rate of £14.50 (35-40 hours per week) & want a great working environment?

We are looking for dynamic people to organise and motivate various sites, ensuring all caretaking services are delivered to a high standard that meets customer expectations. The successful candidate will work independently, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development in their area. Our client is one of the fastest-growing businesses in the industry and a leading provider of integrated management and maintenance services for residential areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organising resources to deliver effective maintenance services, including:

• Internal and external cleaning
• Sweeping
• Litter picking and bin changing
• Internal window cleaning
• General cleaning duties

The ideal candidate will have:

ENHANCED CLEAR DBS MANDATORY & Minimum 2 years of similar experience

• A proven record in cleaning and maintenance duties
• The ability to self-motivate and work well within a team
• Competence in using appropriate tools
• Excellent awareness of Health & Safety procedures
• Proven ability to meet or exceed business objectives
• Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications
• Physical fitness
