Role Overview

The Maintenance Landscaper will maintain client grounds to a high standard while working as part of a small team, travelling between sites, communicating professionally with clients and completing accurate daily work reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake grounds maintenance visits
  • Weed control and border maintenance
  • Lawn care, seasonal treatments and plant husbandry
  • Grass cutting, hedge cutting, pruning and strimming
  • Carry out minor landscape repairs and replacements
  • Liaise professionally with client representatives on site
  • Assist in completion of daily digital reports
  • Inspect and maintain equipment

Plant & Equipment

Competent operation of pedestrian and ride-on mowers, strimmers, brush cutters, hedge cutters, blowers and associated landscaping equipment.

Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities

Work in accordance with company Health & Safety policies. Follow company RAMS, PPE requirements and environmental procedures.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' grounds maintenance experience.
  • Ability to work independently and in small teams.
  • Good plant and lawn care knowledge.
  • Competent with use of maintenance equipment.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel throughout the South of England.
  • Ability to complete digital daily reports.

Desirable Qualifications

  • CSCS Card.
  • PA1/PA6A pesticide application qualifications.
  • First Aid training.
  • Lantra/NPTC qualifications for safe use of equipment.
