We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative based in or near Harlow. You will be responsible for maintaining a range of sites to a high standard, ensuring all grounds maintenance services meet client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting, lawn mowing, and strimming
- Hedge cutting and pruning
- Weeding and general garden maintenance
- Sweeping and keeping sites clean and presentable
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
General Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance
- Ability to operate horticultural equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach
Please note: Candidates without a valid driving licence and relevant experience will not be considered for this role.
