The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee operations across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will ensure high standards of service delivery while supporting and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities
- Organising and managing the Grounds Maintenance team
- Carrying out general horticultural and maintenance duties
- Liaising with clients and producing reports
- Ensuring high standards of health & safety compliance
- Monitoring performance and identifying service improvements

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance (essential)
- Supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Relevant horticultural qualification
- Experience using tools such as mowers, strimmers, and hedge trimmers
- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead by example
