Road Sweeper

Are you an enthusiastic and reliable road sweeper local to East London seeking a weekly pay starting from £15.19 (37 hours per week) and want a great working environment?

We are looking for dynamic people to organise and motivate various sites, ensuring all waste management services are delivered to a high standard which meets customer expectations.

The operative will work on their own initiative, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development in their area.

The successful candidate will organise resources to deliver effective service delivery of maintenance including:

1. External cleaning
2. Road sweeping
3. Litter picking
4. Changing bins
5. Loading bin bags into a vehicle

The successful operative will have:

1. Ability to start at 05:30
2. Previous experience
3. The ability to self-motivate and the desire to work within a team
4. Competence in using the appropriate tools where required
5. Excellent awareness of Health & Safety and implementing procedures
6. Proven ability to achieve/exceed business objectives
7. Be physically fit
