Skilled Landscaper
Location: Various sites across the South of England (Base: Basingstoke area)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary
- PAYE: £32,000-£40,000 per year (up to £45,000 for fully qualified plant operators)
- CIS: £180-£220 per day, plus additional rates for plant operators
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Skilled Landscaper to join our team delivering high-quality hard and soft landscaping projects across the South of England. You'll work independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out hard and soft landscaping works including paving, fencing, drainage, planting, turfing and topsoil preparation.
- Set out works from drawings and assist with quality checks.
- Operate hand tools, small plant and machinery safely.
- Carry out vehicle and equipment checks.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures, RAMS and PPE requirements.
- Work closely with Site Supervisors to deliver projects on time.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' landscape construction experience.
- NVQ Level 2 in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) with a valid CSCS/LISS Skilled Worker Card.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Physically fit with good communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- CPCS or NPORS plant qualifications.
- First Aid at Work.
- CAT & Genny training.
